Growing up in a lobstering family we heard the word "Mucka" on a daily basis. So it was an easy decision to name our lobster roll after our father who is the Biggest Mucka of all! Captain Manny a.k.a. "Big Mucka" makes the best lobster roll on the planet. You might ask What makes a "Big Mucka" so great? Well, first of all it is overloaded with the sweetest lobster from the North Atlantic Lobster, secondly it is made fresh right if front of your eyes with a heavy mayonnaise, black pepper, soft chewy roll and topped of with paprika. Some people love to add celery to the "Big Mucka", we think that's ok too... but we won't pack it for you! We truly believe the best way to make a lobster roll taste even better is to add only more lobster!
