U.S. wild caught lobsters are shipped to Canada to be processed into lobster meat in a state-of-the-art facility in Deer Island, New Brunswick, Canada under the most stringent sanitary conditions. Our fresh lobster meat is produced only from live lobsters ensuring that the meat is always of the highest quality with a firm texture and naturally sweet taste. Produced year round, and delivered with in 48 hours of production offering our customers a 5 day shelf-life after delivery date.

Jonah Crab (Cancer Borealis) is harvested from the cold and deep waters of North Atlantic Ocean. Offshore Lobsterman harvest only the largest male Jonah crabs. Only the best, full meated crab is processed to highest specifications.
